And that’s all she wrote

At least for this year.

Hey there, everyone. With the school year over and my queue run dry, I’m all out of content to post. Do not fret, though, as I fully intend to pick this back up in the fall. I never imagined when I started this blog that I’d get over 160 followers in just one semester, so I’d like to thank each and every one of you. I hope that this blog succeeded in making your day just a little bit brighter.

So, to all the graduating seniors, good luck. To all the continuing Reedies, enjoy your break while you can; we’ll be back with our noses to the grindstone before you know it. To the alumni, I hope you’re all doing fantastically. To everyone else who may randomly be following this blog, you might want to reconsider your priorities in life.*

See you all in the fall!

*That was a joke. I love and appreciate all my followers.

Now we’ve got these Google glasses; next we’ll have like a Google suit and you’ll put on your Google helmet. And then you’ll get the Google vat that you just put your brain into, and then we’ll reach the singularity. And then logic will take a step forward.

I was at a philosophy conference this past weekend in Seattle. Happening at the same time was Sakura-con. Have you heard of Sakura-con? It’s this big anime convention. There were people were these people with blue wigs and funny ears and tails and there were philosophers all in the same building. It was hard to tell which was the nerdier group.

Alexandria was like a Paris to the garish LA that was Rome. I know, some of you are from LA… So you know that I’m right.

Logic does not force the gender binary on you, let me be very clear on that. Well, it does force SOME binaries on you, but not that one.
